工作中，

记得妈妈在5月份的时候告诉我，在下半年的我将会工作转移，的确是这样的，先后从礼宾部领班做到主管，之后在从礼宾部换到了前厅部得客户关系主任，一直都在不停的发展中。

 

爱情中，

显然是得到了飞一般的成长，也许一身就这样断送到了我的高中同学身上。。。

 

亲情中，

随时都在坚持每一个月对家里人的津贴补助，只是在年末的时候，有三个月没有给爸爸妈妈工资了。

 

友情中，

仍然比较胆怯，也许这就是家教的原因。

 

金钱中，

每天都在过着银行追债的日子，这方面是我最大的不足。。。明显是跟爱情拉倒一起了。

 

地位中，

不同的环境占据着不同的位置。总之还是比较自豪。

 

总体中，

我仍然比较自豪，至少2006年的我比较快乐，伤心的事也只是因为自己的莽撞和无知而造成的不良后果。

 

2007年，目标太多，

愿自己心爱的人幸福

愿能尽快把银行的钱还清

愿天下人平平安安

      sure,let me tell you what is answer for you due the understanding with me today.My room mate left us and moved his room to the three ring road of our city,I don't know how can I meet him in the future?and Is there any chance for me to find him?ooh...everything let me despair on that time....nothing will let me fine,well,well,well,so this is life of us,you can not refuse any jam with your friend.

      The second stroy happened at this afternoon,My best honey with me go outside and shopping in a supermarket,and cleaning our room,shopping anything about the family's fixing.I am not understanding about why a family need have so much fixing to make a dishes and then we can living in the world before we doing! I only want my friend and my honey happy everyday, I will do the romantic case when I togther with my friend,But I have never to think about this trouble before I get it....however,what is time that I will accept this issue in the tomorrow??

There are five days left,I worked in the receiption desk 5 days now,also I have worked in concierge desk when I get the free day in the receiption desk, so I have worked 12 days due the study at the front desk,nobody manage my duty arrangement and my work schedule,so I do it by myself anytimes,I know that my next step in the future,So I am very clear about what I want to get it in the tomorrow,however,I will do best by myself anytimes,I had make two days for free time following days by myself..I have learn so many good thing from the front desk,for example,the checkin performance,and a few arrangement in the afternoon shift at the front desk,who will take care with foreign currency and change,how to find out the guest reservation and make the booking for the guest,how to enroll starwood  prefer guest membership,how to lookup the starpoints at the internet,how to redeem the instant award from starpoints,how to posting charge,how to fax to cancel the guest's credit card's balance that we have maked deposit when the guest checked in,everything are so interesting for me..everything are so new knowledge for me,I think that I have selected a good development for myself,I will be care with my way anytimes,Thanks for the god to give me a good training, so I swear I will be never to lose my way....

I don't know Is this a last day to worked in the concierge at yesterday,Anyhow,I have lost the yesterday,and tomorrow is coming,I will work at front desk on 14:30 in the tomorrow,I don't know can I make a good performance in the coming day? I just wish everything goes well.but now,I forget so many skill at front desk,how to check in for the guest?How to check out,anything else....I have get training chance as a week at 2004 years,but there are 2 years lost.....so I forget anything about the operation ...

However,I have enough confidence to do it,so nothing can make me down,go go go.....I will use my all time at the skill of the front desk in coming two weeks....

He have left us around one year,he is a very smart guy,any good idea is from him first when he worked with us,...any good job will be offer to him when we get the chance....but also he had make so many mistake during his job....get the much money from the dark place,and get it by himself,no good awards for other people who worked together with him,but one day,he have left us during his big mistake....so he fired by our manager....

He come back our hotel,and talking with me,how about you?"fine....everybody will be get good development since them working in our family....haha...."I smiled speaking out,"how about you?how much salary that you have get it in the last month?It's around 20000 Yuan."ooh....my god...You know I am supervisor in this department....but that I only can get around 2000 Yuan each month.....you are so envy by anybody who worked in our department.........you are from our department.,......you are so proud person...

after talking,,,I have think about the communication in this afternoon...How can I get the good job in the society,where can I get it??What is correct time to get my house.......or car??

The guest have complain me in the yesterday,however,I have never mind about this,but this day....another case happened around 22:00....the 23:00 is my work finish time,but the case happened at 22:00..Is it a joke?yun....I worked in this hotel so long time...but why I also make mistake about some service standerd?The reason is busy?Is it enough?sure...This is only not responsibility speaking...The story as below,

The guest showed storage card to me and required need to take back the luggages..then I asked:Do you need taxi?""sure,two"

so I prepared the taxi for them..but I have not make record about the Taxi number,around 22:30,the guest came back my counter and talked with me,"Please find out that two taxi as you prepared,the driver tell my wife,your hotel staff have make communication with him,and need the driver receiving 100rmb per cab",you know this is five star hotel,this is refused by international standerd,""yes sir,but I am sure this is not correct from the driver's speaking...Do you have any receipt from this taxi?or Do you have something information about those car?The guest wirte down 川A??373...so I have contact with taxi management center to check,they told us there are around 21 taxi are this number,so we need guest to see the photo ,then can find out the driver......also I told guest that you need go taxi management center from 9:00AM to 17:30PM if you want to find out the driver..."would you like to leave your cell phone number for us?we would like to contact with you if we get any information..."  ,I think that I will leave it to you in the tomorrow morning,I will leaving this hotel around 7:00AM...what's you name?""I see your mood at this time,I don' t know why this taxi driver look like this,,,This is bad habit of this driver,why we have this person lived in our city,We will refusing the number look like this taxi to waiting here or pick up guest for ever!!!

"Hey,please storage my bag untill I come back here,I need to do exercise on the fiveth floor in this afternoon."My I know your room number sir?I am not stay in this hotel,so I just do exercise as you know,please do it soon,Ok...."sorry sir, I need make record by room number,I can not help you if you are not stay in our hotel according hotel system.""But....I am member in the health club since this hotel get the business,what is correct time for your join this hotel?why you not know me?""It's 2002 years,this is my working start time in this hotel,sir.But I do not know you anytimes,so would you like to show me the personal ID or other valid passport,Do you have any member card?"Do not ask me now, I don't want answer any question,Please call fiveth floor and get the information about me..."after one minute,The guest said:Shit, son of bitch,then take the bag left us.....""Oh my god...It's surprised in the lobby...

By the way,another happened,after around 30 minutes,The assistant manager come my counter,and said:"I think that you already know what I want to talking with you?..I want you do appologize for Mr.Wang who complain you refused storage luggage for him?""But....why I service attendent?So..please give me around 5 minutes..."after 1 hour,I do appologize for him after he make sauna."sorry, sir,I think there are so many mistake from me in our communication in this afternoon,So would you like to give me a chance to know you are a long stay guest in our hotel...""I think that I will be fire you if I am your manager,you are young,so you need improve your talking with your service skill..."so many truth from guest talking out....but in the ends,the guest have understanding about this case....

I don't know what can I speaking out now.....

 

Nobody will tell you how would you like to do in the tomorrow since my friend who is my manager left me..

Sometimes,I have enough confidence to talk with myself...nobody can refuse my way at my future...but another side....I think that I still stay at my first lap If I joined in a match of the running...what can I doing?

ooh...why I am lazy guy now?

累..终于可以休息了....

"你变了,我还是喜欢以前的你,你会有事没事的到我面前对我说:我唱首歌给你听吧...."我的同事对我说着....,想起以前的往事真的很美好,只要能让自己及身边的每一个同事开开心心的上班,我就心满意足了,那是最值得高兴的事情.....但是现在我再也没有那样的动力去做那些所谓的无聊事情了,我的考虑自己是否该稳重,是否该利用这些时间去做更多对自己发展的事情.

这段时间的确感觉自己变了很多,走的走,散的散,有的时候自己好象都觉得不能接受了...我要什么时候才可以想他们一样开心的离开这个无聊的没有活力的地方....我需要在新的环境中去发展自己的更高的潜力.我绝对可以做到,至少我相信我自己,我是有计划,有安排的人才...:)

 

今天下午参加了老板组织的会议,得知8月1日开始会新来一个经理....其实对于我来说...我是非常开心的..至少我觉得这是一件好事...我们需要一个这样的做协调的人...而在这样的环境下,我绝对可以更加的轻松的去做更多的事情....希望前景美好!

前段时间是想好生赚钱过日子...而现在又有了更进一层的想法,就是要好好学习..昨天把要看的书全部都拿出来了...其实我现在已经在学习英语了....我要搞好自己的自身基础..我要有本事...我要努力...

后天就考驾照的操作了..现在其实还是有点着急。..但是事也如此.急又如何了?等待吧.....不写了..去好好研究我的英语吧...下面来打段

今日从员工餐厅用完餐后，去员工休息间坐了一会儿,遇到了昨天晚上也同样的几年同事的他在那里懒洋洋的抽着烟的情景。....随即我感叹到...又见到你了..还记得昨天晚上我们也在这里相见吗?大家都忍不住的叹了口气..哈哈...每天做着相同的事情..每天面对着相同的工作......

我们究竟要什么拉?

今日下午接到桂林喜来登酒店礼宾部CLIFF的一个电话,让我帮助今晚入住的一个A&K VIP团队的一个客人买两张100元的神州行手机冲值卡,之后和老外通话后,我很快的答应了下来.....晚上我买到了卡等待着客人的到来....

当我把卡交给客人以后,客人要求我将卡冲值,弄了1个小时都没搞定,原因是当我冲了第一张卡后,出现了BB声便断线了.之后此卡便失效了.....真烦恼啊....这时我想办法打电话查话费,并没有结果.于是我想到了在成都买一张卡并冲值使用，我并没有征询客人的用途?所以插卡后才知道....这个人想打国际长途。又一次粗心大意造成了损失...这也是经验吧,所以我只好接受这样的现实,准备将该卡明日退回商店出售。.不知道能否成功...另外之后我有打电话回成都本地10086查询我的100元冲值卡为什么失效了..对方讲到该卡也在23:55分被之前的上海手机号码冲值。..这样的情况下,由于天色太晚,只好将该任务交给第二日早班继续跟进了...

今日又从失败和损失中找到了经验......总的来说还是学到了东西

今天晚上约了两个同事一起到了春江花月一起感受一下世界杯之间的成都夜生活,我们下班后便来到了具有天下耍都之称的这个地方.....

到了之后我们便AA制的买了半打啤酒...今天晚上这里人并不是很多..到处依稀的坐着等待着早上03:00的德国VS葡萄牙的球赛....

坐下之后并未找到自己想要的那种心情...旅游学校的师妹总是在那里嘀咕着和我的同事开开心心的聊着天...

而我仿佛在等一个人...没有过多久她出现了...以前的女朋友.....虽然曾经是男女朋友的关系..但是当她出现的那一刻再也没有以前的那种激情...

这个女人是那里来的???呵呵。..真搞笑,简直不敢去想坐在面前的她曾经是我的女朋友..难道爱情就是那么的淡薄....根本没有那种所谓的山盟海誓....

也许是她为了气我以前不好好的珍惜她...带着她现在的男朋友在我面前晃来晃去...其实这个时候的我在想.....你什么时候才可以长大啊...亲爱的..

决定的事情会坚持多少天了....???

我现在的目的只有一个为了自己的目标而奋斗....

今天站在门口看到了一个人开着一辆奥迪小轿车经过,,,突然感觉到了自己的危机感。...

我也要开奥迪...我还要开更好的车..

每一个人都有自己的梦想。....只是表达的方式不一样而已...

最近我....和我的一个兄弟居然走上了另外一条路....

 

最近...有点郁闷,

但是另外一个方面有了自己的想法...一个人身的重大选择...

我想有个家...一个属于自己的地方。

拥有自己的女朋友,拥有自己的房屋,拥有自己的家具,拥有自己的环境,

所以我决定以后决不乱用一分钱,以后10元钱也存银行..

我一定要在短时间内买一个40平方米左右的小家!

 

 

"人有悲欢离合,月有阴晴圆缺"在一起的人总会有一天SAY:GOOD BYE...这也许就是上天的安排吧...命运如此,又有谁能来改变这样的僵局拉?

每次遇到这样的情况,我总是在压抑自己的感情,,总想对自己说,我不可以流泪...但是谁又能控制我心里面的不快....谁又能来为我贴上那张创可贴....

我的经理已经上交了迟值报告...相处了多年的他既然如此的丢下我们就这样远走高飞.....也许这就是经历....人总会有开心与伤心的事情....也许只有他走了我们才可以长大...但是我真的不想长大啊....油盐醋米...以后谁去买???难道我真该懂事了???

他以后会走好吗?没有了他之后..我会是什么样的?本来前段时间还自己想离开这个和睦的大家庭..仿佛到了现在总是觉得不管别人说什么.我都不会离开我亲爱的战友和同事们了....谁能象我一样明白分别是一件多么的痛苦的事情..

近来的我，仿佛有太多的事情围绕在身边..所以我处于了麻痹状态...随意吧..不要在刻意的去要求自己一定要完成什么...但是我坦然的告诉自己...放心吧...等你走后..我一定会努力奋斗,绝对继续发扬你在的时候的那一种团结积极向上的团队精神....

再次希望与我分别的人一路走好...
